Spending his first six months in the factory, Patrick learned every role and met all the staff, laying a solid foundation of understanding and respect for the business and its people. His progression through the company—serving as Production Controller, Buyer, Purchasing Manager, Commercial Manager, General Manager, Works Director, and now Managing Director—mirrors not just a career trajectory but a strong commitment to the Ladbrook UK family and its values.
