Pressed Metal Parts
With a pressing capacity of 5 to 200 Tonnes, we can produce pressed metal components starting with prototypes through to high volume production runs and in a wide range of materials.
Our presses allow us to cater for various sized pressed metal parts, from small electrical contacts through to large metal pressed panels and components.
Sheet Metal Parts
Our plant is equipped with machinery that can produce a wide range of sheet metal components, including top-of-the-range electric and hydraulic brake presses, a CNC punch press and other sheet metal equipment.
Metal Fabrication & Welding
Our versatile metal fabrication capability enables us to provide cost-effective solutions with minimal or no tooling costs at various volumes.
Our plant is equipped with machinery that can cater for metals of different thicknesses and can weld minimal or multiple parts together, as well as offer a wide range of coatings.
