Joining as an operator on the shop floor, George's early days were marked by hard work and determination. But it wasn't long before his potential shone through, and he began to rise through the ranks, finding his niche in programming and HR.
As Ladbrook UK's HR and Programming specialist, George's day-to-day is anything but predictable. From crafting new CAD programs to streamlining production processes and handling HR matters with expertise, his role requires adaptability and a keen eye for detail. Balancing the technical demands of programming with the people-centric nature of HR might seem like a tall order, but for George, it's all in a day's work.
