At the helm of this new chapter for the business is Patrick Johnson, who brings a wealth of expertise with over 35 years at Ladbrook Mfg and has stepped up as the new Managing Director. His deep understanding of the company's inner workings, from his time as Works Director, means he’s in a prime position to steer us towards continued success and innovation.
As we embrace growth, Michael Peake steps up into the role of Commercial Director, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience and industry insight, ready to enhance our commercial strategies and drive client engagement.
Adding to the strategic mix are Patrick Reed and Andrew Spinks, the latest Non-Executive Directors to join the board. As fourth-generation members of the founding family, they bridge the company's cherished heritage with diverse experiences from different sectors, ensuring a well-rounded leadership.
